FOs ever upgrade at window less than 24hrs before departure?
Hi all,
i am on a flight from BOS to LAX on Friday and I have downgraded to FO after over 10 years of being PM. I'm trying to make my way back to the higher tiers. It's been years since I was FO and I can't remember if I should check-in or wait until a possible upgrade might occur. There are 6 of 16 seats available on the 73H. You think I stand a chance of getting a last minute upgrade at the window or should I just check-in and whatever happens at the gate is sheer luck?
