I'm flying business from Chicago to Dusseldorf on 6/7. According to the LH website it says :

The latest Business Class facilities are available on this flight.

However the seatguru seat map shows V3, IE old business seat.

I tried to understand the wiki for this thread but couldn't understand the ord-dus 343 info.

Old or new?
