Thanks for this info. I'm wondering if existing customers need to have an account for a year to be considered to be upgraded to World Elite. I can understand them wanting to wait to see if someone is going to keep their card open until the AF hits instead of upgrading the card before hand.

Of course this is strictly speculation.
