It's been happening for years.
Mine were nabbed by some thieving git a few years ago and used in a store of all things !
As they have to be scanned against a clubcard when used in this way they actually knew who had my vouchers !!!!!

Of course, tesco have no idea if the card scanned was knicked, or just registered to fake address and email etc or if they were going to collar the kind pwrson who knicked my vouchers !
