I'm seriously comparing the person who said that if your NRSA you can't adjust the window shade or use the armrest to some of the things, such as separate sections, back of bus, uncooled water fountains for use next to the cooled ones you can't. Not saying NRSA is equivilant to civil rights movement in its entirety, but when one claims that there is a policy where one cannot use the facilities provided for ALL customers on a plane, then I will compare it to the specific items I mentioned. Perhaps you didn't read the sig I have used for years, don't read anything not stated into my post. But please do read what was on it so to better understand what was actually written and intended.
