I have booked the itinerary with Alitalia that includes a segment ATH-VCE. This segment is operated by Airone. I've read on the Airone website that because I have an AZ booking I can choose a seat free of charge.

But when I fill in my Alitalia booking number and my name. The website states that it does not match any itinerary.

Can you guys offer nay help?
