This is all very helpful, so thanks! The aperture explanation is also appreciated. The purchase does include a 4/3 mount, so I'm OK there. I'm trying to drink all of this in:
- Manual focus, but no need to focus subjects > 30cm away.
- Might get sharp pictures at all apertures, but f/8 for sure. But at f/8, I might shake camera, I might need more light, etc.
And about this:
use Priority mode to allow cameras metering to adjust for (manually-set) aperture
Should I set the body for aperture priority mode in all cases when using this lens?
electronic pins only convey lens brand and other identifier.
