Alternative entrance in Terminal 5:
Take the lift down to the transit train level
Walk to the far end of the platform
Go through the door marked emergency exit (the door on the extreme right of the group)
Go down the flight of stairs
Turn right at the bottom through the doors
You are now in the main passage and can turn left for B and C
