he was hoping to switch to a much better seat and probably hoped (wrongly) that the person wouldnt know the difference, which I would never assume is the case with anyone in the ER or E+, even thou many who dont know whats what end up in those seats.

I dont see him misleading the OP in any way, since he it seems never said whats the difference both seats are the same. He basically took it up to but didnt cross that line, unlike alot of folks on FT, as long as he didnt cross it or touch it in my book thats AOK
