My current legal name (with SocSec, IRS, state BMV, etc) is my married name. My passport name is my maiden name. My SkyMiles name is my maiden name. I just returned from an intl trip where I double-confirmed at Customs that the ticket and passport are the two that have to match - they don't really care about the fact that my name is different on other legal documents.
