Well, there is no "solution" other than getting a new passport (which you really should do, and IIRC the renewal is something like $60 not $150)

Although, if you are saying that her legal name is still her maiden name (since you say no legal name change has occurred) then the issue is that you created a FF account with DL using a false name which does not match her legal name or ID. Sounds like it is your own fault. You need to figure out what her real name is, legally change it, get a new passport, then everything will match.

Gosh, that sounds like a headache. Would be much simpler for people to just keep their own names when married.
