And just to follow up one more time, still no points posted after this months' closing. Another round of calls to Chase and to Marriott again this morning with the same result. Yes we are eligible for the points, yes we were on the list Chase sent over, yes Marriott got it but no, the points didn't post and we can't figure out why. And again, we will have this taken care of by the end of the week. Yeah, sure, that's what they have told me the last 4 calls. I am giving up and am going to cancel the Chase card. 15,000 lousy Marriott points per person isn't worth the more than 2 hours (with more undoubtedly to come) on the phone trying to sort this out. Big to both Chase and Marriott.
