If ba staff refuse to tag bags thru, just give tags to cx staff in bkk transfer desk. They would do the tag thru properly for you. You wont hv to clear immigrations for just this
Not possible as they will only tag it to BKK and op need to clear immigration and recheck. You know CX staff are not your servants
