Planning an international trip. Wife's maiden name was eg. Jane Anne Smith. Wife's name is now Jane Smith Golfer.

Her passport reads Jane Anne Smith, skymiles account is Jane Golfer.

DL required me to book her flight as Jane Smith to match her passport, but will not let me add her SM account to her reservation because the names do not match.

What's the solution here to ensuring she gets miles/segment credit for the trip and is also able to return from our destination?
