Air Tahiti Nui - The most pitiful J class meal I ever had

I just flew TN in J for the first time this month in J LAX-PPT-LAX. I was shocked that in a J cabin the meal choices were: You eat whats put in front of you or you don't eat. The first meals on both legs were cold small salads or nothing. It was funny that the bottom of the menus had the usual we apologize if your selection is unavailable, as if there was any choice. I was on the TN83 11:59pm out and the TN02 11:05pm back. This marks the first time I ever sat up front and had no selection on an INTL flight of that length.

Breakfast was little better. On the inbound an omlet or nothing outbound scrambled egg or pudding. Yes we had a choice of egg or pudding coming into LAX.

The lounge was of similar quality in PPT. Literally the real food consisted of two actual sandwiches cut into 1/8 slices and get this two (I kid you not) slices of salami cut into 8ths and positioned artfully on a very big dish.

Shameful to even sell this product as business class.
