It does exist but different staff (both AY and airport) have different notion/information about its availability and timing.

Last week, noticed that common queue was hundred plus deep for two counters that were open. There was a separate one for business/first pax manned by staff of 3 but hey would rather stare into air for almost half an hour before they start accepting bus pax (about a dozen who had lined up).

Reason: We open at 12:30, not a minute before that. There was no saving of labor cost as that staff was already on the post just staring at the bus pax line, just not processing them.

The first guy in the line grumbled about it and was given a fitting response. Each and every item of his carry-on was individually x-rayed, one at a time - even tissues, ball-pen and travel book.
