3) For the life of me I can't remember how many points I'm supposed to have and I don't know if they took 100k points out for both rooms or only 50k for the one room. I know, I know, what kind of FT member am I if I don't know my exact point balance. The lady on the phone said it was only 50, but I'm not so sure. Trying to find something in an email that might have a balance on it.
