Today I was again bumped going to Atlanta and the gate agent gave me the full amount what i paid for the ticket... including taxes... Last week they gave me the voucher plus the 300 without the taxes...

Is it the GAs discrepancy whether they include the taxes or not or they just push the button and it just prints out whatever it is? Is this controlled by the local jurisdiction that they give the taxes back at some airports and not at others?
