Thanks. Yes, protection is the right word and I used that word to the GA (am still jet lagged a bit so not thinking too straight now).

What a pain to have to call the premier line when a United employee is standing in front of you.

If you call the premier line, will they be willing to protect you without convincing or do you have to really push it.
