The GA's job has increased tremendously since 3/3/2012, as there are a lot more manual functions that need to be done to get a plane out than before they downgrade to SHARES.

While some GAs will rebook or protect, others will not. That is the job of CS or phone support or the club.

Sadly, it makes the travel experience more stressful and chaotic than it needs to be.
