Why does this UX flight have no YN/HN/XN fare buckets?

Here's a little mystery for the forum. I'm looking for DEN-ABQ on 8/3/2014. There are 5 direct flights that day, but only 4 of them show up on an award search. When I enable expert mode (yes, I'm logged in) and look at fare bucket availability for UX4985 (Skywest), I get:

Available Cabins: Y9, B9, M9, E9, U9, H9, Q9, V9, W9, S9, T0, L0, K0, G0, N0, X0
Note that the booking codes YN, HN, and XN aren't even listed. Contrast to one of the other flights that day (an ExpressJet ERJ145):

Available Cabins: Y9, YN9, B9, M9, E9, U9, H8, HN9, Q0, V0, W0, S0, T0, L0, K0, G0, N0, XN0, X0
Interestingly, on the previous day there are three Skywest flights (one of them also numbered UA4985), and UA4985 is once again screwy (no *N buckets) -- but the other two show *N codes.

So:
  1. Why? "IT #fail" is the obvious answer, but I'm curious whether there's any other potential explanation, and why IT would fail this way.
  2. Has anybody seen any other flights besides UA4985 with this behavior?
  3. Is it worth pinging somebody (maybe UA Insider)? I'd sorta like to get an award seat on this flight...
