I dropped a line to ba complimenting the agent who helped me out yesterday. It's true that people are sometimes quick to complain and all too often take good service for granted.
Now, I must say I am looking forward to dinner in the Concorde Room at JFK with a sort of child-like glee. I don't often fly First (we are extremely middle-class at heart: give us a good solid J, and we are comfortable and satisfied), but the spousal unit and I decided we would splurge a bit on this flight, since we had accumulated lots of miles we were not using and BA was a new experience and, heck, the CCR at JFK sounded appealing. Like I said, it's a bit child-like, but . . .
