I think lhr ams is a high stress flight for cc as there is a lot to do in minimal time. Im sure that spending useless time explaining security measures must really be nerve wracking. I was genuinly looking for some education on this but i guess this was interpreted differently by cc and reinforced by me laughing ( but again i thought it was a joke). More of an mis interpretation imho.
