If I am looking forward to a nice C-seat, I would not risk that one with an 80 minute connection. If I had a critical connection at FRA, I would always calculate in 120 minutes.
LH had an 8.30am departure from LHR!
Since you are FTL, you should actually know about this issue.

So you missed your connection and were rebooked. Claim the compensation, it's a substantial amount if you can get it. Although that may take some work as well since they've already denied your claim (but that seems standard).
The rest is a bit much. It's not that long a flight and you got business class, even one a little less comfortable. And any expectations about a limo for intra europe business is a bit ridiculous. People that are paying for F are generally better of in case of delays, that's what they paid for as well. And they were lucky this time that their standard facilities had them make it just in time. Your expectations for a more personalised approach when an intra-europe flight is delayed for 30 minites are simply too high.
I'm sure it wasn't a very nice experience, but you accepted an awfully short connection and then the chances of anything going wrong increase rather quickly. The airlines accept these short connections, but if you really want to make your flight you should take an earlier flight. Or take a higher risk on getting delayed.
Sorry but I cannot agree with the above statements. 80 minutes should be perfectly doable and I don't see why FRAport/LH shouldn't send a mini-bus or van to pick connecting passengers regardless of the class of travel. UK to non-Schengen passengers have the advantage of not having to clear security or passport control in FRA. The fact you usually have to clear security in FRA is because FRA/LH cannot get their act together to avoid this unnecessary routine.
Isn't it part of LH's 5-star plan to improve arrival and transfer services in FRA and MUC? Sending a mini-bus would have saved a lot more than re-routing passengers.
