The 777HD is the primary reason I no longer fly TPAC to Hong Kong with AC. The J product is way too uncomfortable for a 6'3" person and too tight to get any work done. Even a recliner seat is more comfortable in my books. Between my partner and I, AC is losing 14+ paid J tickets(YVRHKG) per year to CX. It is not uncommon to encounter SEs on CX for the same reason. I've been loyal to AC for many years and would prefer to support a Canadian company, however, I won't pay for an inferior product.
