Many years ago, during my residency training in Augusta, GA, my bags didn't return home with me from a meeting in Boston. This was an Eastern flight, and everything was apparently tagged correctly. A couple of weeks later, I got a phone call from the Augusta airport....Augusta, Maine.

On reflection, 1991, same OnePass number. Eastern and Continental shared the program, and those long neglected miles rejoined me when the merger happened.
