Singapore doesn't care: customs looks for drugs, tobacco and alcohol, in that order. Yes, if you bring in something obviously pirated and happen to get busted while they're looking for something else, you'll get fined, but in practice this only happens with things like pirated CDs/DVDs, not watches.
