Too little , too late.

With the introduction of Andrew years ago, you not only killed Aeroplan, but the airline. Almost everything was sold off for shareholder benefit, yet a profit still cannot be realized.
Heavy handed tactics with staff (not unnoticed by Canadians) and customers, poor costumer service, a series of Zips, Tango's and Rouge's, each worse than the last.

Don't bother. I now fly a profitable airline, with excellent service, staff that are happy and bonus'd, state of the art seats and IFE, working maps.
The only thing left for Air Canada before you fully Jetstar/Qantas the operation is more pain.
