What I find hard to understand is: why is this even a debate? The benefits are clear and only a positive for the local and national economy. However, because we love to sit down and talk, debate, talk more, debate more other countries have jumped on our incompetence and benefited from it. Why has DXB taken over as the largest busiest airport in the world? We could see that happening years ago and we didn't act on it. How much has this effected British business's? I get that it is not simply black and white but you get the point I am trying to make.
