I think it's still early to determine that existing customers with fee card won't get upgraded to elite cards. maybe everyone will get upgraded in June regardless of their spending. I spent over 50k on my card since I got approved in Jan. my card image still shows Barclay arrival+ world and not elite. so I think they might update everyone statuses in June
