99.9% it's probably outsourced to the same group that does the catering for the other clubs. The in-flight catering is also outsourced, btw. United used to have their own kitchens back in the day (up to the late 90s).
Continental owned Chelsea Catering which was a contributing factor to both their superior food quality and lower unit costs on catering.
