Hi. I am flying from Singapore to NY via Delhi. I am a US passport holder. Layover is only 3 hours. Just switching airlines (and terminals) and carrying on... do I need a transit visa? The India's visa agency said no, but my travel agency is saying yes. Can anyone please let me know.
