I doubt it. The bananas come from the catering company at whatever station catered the plane (just like all the other food). The food at the UCs come from the food and beverage contractor, at most clubs its HMS Host. I don't think UA is directly involved in any food purchasing for the clubs or the aircraft.

UA still owns their own kitchens via Chelsea Food Services who does catering at CLE, DEN, IAH, EWR, and HNL.
