A question: could AC please make OLCI available at CLT? It must be the only US city left where it is unavailable. I use CLT frequently with no checked bags, and having to check in with UA for the AC boarding pass is a real pain. It's rarely a quick process and more often than not, the UA staff needs to ask for assistance for one reason or another. IME, this always happens if bags do need to be checked to an international destination involving another *A carrier after the AC flight(s). Always a lengthy, frustrating experience which usually ends up with me having to visit an AC agent in YYZ to re-tag my bags to my final destination.
