No, on the contrary, its good advice you give and certainly those of us concerned by this move should use all avenues for feedback.
From the twitter perspective it appears callbacks are offered only so would that again be same CSR backend in your opinion or different team ? If same then maybe FB is another one to try as you mentioned.

I've gotten call backs from the twitter team, they're in the "executive offices" and don't seem to be reading from a script.
