Having cash tied up and losing revenue are two different things. The latter indicates that their sales went down 84%, and I just don't see how that is possible. I could believe that their liquid assets decreased by 84%, just as you described in your hypothetical explanation above. As we used to say in Texas, "That jest don't sound right," if we are talking about revenue.
