Judging by figures, AV is in a steady financial position with a huge jump in market cap last year.

I agree we need AV for competition in the region. Without AV then LAN is just going to bend us over and give it to us up the shorts.

AV has been doing some curious things lately like discounting heavily on routes that they have no O&D competition on. Like BOG to LHR, RCH and SDQ. At the same time they are bolstered by increased tourism and have up-gauged BOG NVA to an A318. I will go buy a ticket on that route right now to set your mind at ease Ken
