The options are as follows:
1. If, at any time, up until flight departure, award inventory opens up on the earlier flight, you can move to that flight for no charge.
2. If there is space on the earlier flight, you can do a same-day confirmed flight change for $75.
3. You can standby for an earlier flight at no charge, if you have elite status with AA.
