Slow day so here goes:

1. Why is W the only *W brand that has a separate face wash product? I understand that's part of the Bliss package, and maybe the lower tier brands can't justify it, but I'd think StR/LM/LC all could (and maybe Westin too).

2. Why do some Westins give you bottled body wash (my preference) whereas some just give you the bar (less desirable IMO)? Shouldn't it be a brand standard?
