2:15 PM is a good time nowadays compared to the rest of the days. I would say Max. 20 minutes. Things start to get ugly after 3:00 pm. This keep changing for good at MIA. When you arrive, passengers are segregated before entering the immigration hall so they use the door closest to the section where they have to queue. Global Entry is the door in between Citizens and Visitors, which will lead you to the kiosks.
