If you've done that for both airports, can you then select one of the other cabins?
You're quite right! I had 8 bookings to make so was impatient. I do find it all a bit tedious though; if they're taking our money they should make it faster and easier to make a booking for those who know exactly what they want.
Perhaps rather than search for flights by airport, allowing us to enter the flight number and date?
