It was taken at The Halekulani, room 1408. You can see the distinct building silhouette on the right, the band playing under the kiawe tree at the bottom of the picture, and the sea wall railing (no beachfront) behind it.
You are right, I see Orchids restaurant right there. I had my wedding reception there.
