Star Gold get access to contract lounges usually, unless (in most cases) one of these applies:

1) Airline doesn't consider lounge worth the money (FIH lounge and TK)
2) Airline doesn't provide lounge access for the flight (RDU lounge and UA)
3) airline provides contract lounge access only for business and not for *G (UA everywhere)
