Just how do you pay $0.03 cents or $0.15 cents? That's THREE-HUNDREDTHS of ONE cent or FIFTEEN-HUNDREDTHS of ONE cent. If you meant 3 cents or 15 cents, just say so. You don't add $0.xx in front and cents behind. It's either one or the other, but not both. My training in arithmetic forced me to post this. Sorry if this is off topic, but I see far too many grammatical errors here.
