Has anyone ever shown the memo to a manager (after a denial to buy OVs) to see what they say?
I'm always polite and just walk out, but on the inside I get upset that CVS managers' inability (stupidity) to correctly comprehend a corporate memo means that I have to drive to a CVS even further away (first world problem for sure)
