Between 22 H and K I would take K.
Row 22 is the "bulkhead" row so the seat width is a bit less due to tray table and IFE screen stowage in the armrest. Legroom is great for your height.
Besides extra legroom EC seats have more recline.
No comment on the value of the EC upgrades as I get complimentary EC seating.
