Anyone having issues buying MOs?

I was able to purchase at Wallys as recently as the 10th. The last 2 days I was declined.

I called TD Bank and they said the limit on MOs -- and any cash withdrawals (ATM) -- is $60 per week.

Is this new?

If so, how are you spending these down? It will take me quite a while with ATM withdrawals @ $60 per week.
