I think you mean very mean policy of this property. This one is obviously sticking to the T&Cs & only providing a true cont'l brekkie. Numerous properties offer a more robust cont'l breakfast or even a full breakfast (although the latter isn't required per T&Cs), as evidenced by reports in the exec lounge sticky.
