Correct me if I'm wrong here but although the Ts & C's mention 'you may not qualify for the Arrival Plus World Elite Mastercard' it does not mention a lower product could be substituted (lower being plat, world etc).
I just wanted to add that the US Airways Premier World MasterCard is displayed that way despite the fact that some people are instead approved for a US Airways Platinum or World MasterCard. And it also doesn't make any mention of this in the terms either.
