OK, ok, it makes sense to me now. I had a pop-up when signing in recently; basically asked for a bit more info (income). I usually try to ignore these on other cards I have but I like this card so much, I just filled in updated info.
Got the same screen today when logging in. I had just applied this week and was approved the day before the new card changes were introduced.
Mine shows as an Arrival+ World, but I wonder if the income/etc. request was a "soft pull" to establish World Elite eligibility...
